This version is such an immersive journey. Her piano playing links together elements of the overarching theme, referencing Debussy, which becomes quite clear near the end. Her vocals are exquisite, and at the end she hits those high whistle notes in a way that's actually calming rather than explosive. This will hopefully become available outside of Japan (where it was part of an extended album package).
I think I just fell in actually love, like the love that burns deep and brings tears to the eyes. Not with anything tangible, but with the sound, song, and soul of this art. Because that is what this is… Art, ART… ART! Holy….. Thank you!
