This content may be shocking to some. It was extremely shocking to me. That being said, I am glad that I was welcomed at this very solemn event and allowed to bring you guys my first person experience. to this public cremation. This is something that I have never seen before. RUclips has restricted the visibility of this video due to the nature of the content. I am currently in the process of appealing their decision as I believe it's a documentary and there are many similar videos not restricted on the platform. At the meantime, I rely on you to hit that like 👍 button and to share this video to anyone who may be interested. Thanks so much for watching!
Very nice video, Ivain. The hotel looks amazing with a beautiful ocean side view. Funerals are always a sad occasion. RIP 🙏🙏🙏. Wow! I had never seen an actual cremation before. Thank you for sharing this. This is definitely a documentary worth watching. Great content, my brother. I noticed your US Marines t-shirt. I want to say thank you for your service, Ivain. I enjoyed watching. I give it three thumbs up 👍👍👍.
Ivain, thanks for sharing your experiences in Figi. Even though you're not a journalist by profession, you have captured an aspect of life of people who live there in a very professional way. Thanks for sharing your experiences. I learned a lot!!!
Great content Ivan. Life is fleeting indeed. Something like this really changes you because it is raw and you see the finality of it all, no hiding from where we are all heading towards. IT makes you question what really we should pursue - money or happiness or how you balance that. The one thing that is finite is time, so whether you pursue one or the other more, in your last days you have to be comfortable with how we spend the time. Its a dilemma especially when it comes to leaving comfortable high paying jobs and trying to pursue whatever you think makes you happy. Awesome work Ivan and thankful that these folks allowed you to document it all.
Bro Kava is our traditional drink, not only in Fiji. Some other Pacific islands also. Kava is not Alcohol. Even babies can drink it, to put them fast to sleep. Enjoy Fiji bro.🔥🔥✌🏽
Bula Ivain. Hope all is well. Unfortunately theres really no nice beaches on the Nadi coastline and even around denarau island where the Wyndham is. Waters brownish looking coz of the sand/mud bottom - i think thats caused by 000s of years of Nadi River annual floods that pour silt into the Nadi bay area. To see really white sands, blue or torqouise waters and tonnes of coral and marine life, you have to go away from Nadi or catch a boat right there at Denarau for a day trip to one of these islands or for a few night stay at one of the island resorts. Oh and btw, KAVA is not alcoholic ... it is narcotic and mildly hallugenic. Its narcotic properties brings out relaxation and the 'drunk' effect - and the stronger the mix, the faster it sets in. Its one of the most priced 'food' product exported out of Fiji and other pacific islands as its demanded for by pharmaceuticals for 'relaxation pills" and other stuff. These are sold even in CVS or Walgreens last i checked. And with the proliferation of Kava bars in the US and Europe. And guess what, theres an association of Kava Growers now growing Kava in Florida - much to the displeasure of Pacific island countries as we see Kava as our Traditional drink. But thats a story for another day ! Anyway, im not sure exactly when you waz in Fiji but if youre still there, do visit the capital city of Suva and i recommend the Fiji Museum, the Government Buildings, Sacred Heart Cathedral and the University of the South Pacific and possibly catch cultural dance performances by students of the 12 pacific island countries represented.

Definitely need to bring someone special to that hotel. That was very similar to a Viking funeral. The body literally rises to the heavens.
Very true! Thanks a lot for watching !
Awesome story Ivan something different too good you should attend a indigenous funeral 😊

About the funeral it’s the Hindu ceremony ritual they prepare to cremate which is clean they collect Ashes after 3 days and the rest
Ivan they use camphor , incense and ghee ( which is clarified butter)

What is teh significance of only men being at the body?
I don’t know why it’s like that. That’s why I asked. They said it’s just their custom.
What amazing market
It really is!
One last chance for a smoking hot body.
