Many of us are not familiar with IT type terminology (some come from construction and other engineering type backgrounds) and sometimes it takes a little time to catch up on the content you're describing or using in an anaolgy e.g "payment gateway"...for a moment there I thought this was a step in Procurement, however realized it relates to a specific type of industry payment process. Also, the use of acronym's can be tricky to keep up with e.g. PG-KA (process groups-knowledge areas). It might be useful to have "definitions" listed (similar to Communications Management Plan LOL) to assist the student. Many thanks again Aaron G

i Usually using the scoring system and give every seller a specific points on a predefined selection criteria, then count the total score and select the vendor with the high score.

payment gateway is simply how to interface and integrate with Visa , Master .....etc. during the payment process.
