No it's international center room's balcony. I could not see permanent student rooms.
Is the International center where the students live for the whole duration of their MBA? 2 years?

Not at all. The chimneys you see is outside in the city far off. This was a view from my balcony that overlooks the city.
It's JSR brother, it's one of the major industrial cities in India for obvious reasons you'll see chimneys!
Plz visit some Jamshedpur School.
