In the manga she has a strong form and a sort of calm form(which we see most of the time). In that first figurine of her he got was of that strong form. I think that's what he was refering to.
Nezuko wasn’t always a demon she got turned into one because Muzan accidentally turned her into one while he killed Tanjiro’s family

I live in Japan and just went to a Sega game center today and picked up a bunch of those from the claw machine ( UFO catcher) they call it here. That's where all the Banpresto figures and stuff come from. They are in the UFO catcher machines. I'm really good at it so I always walk away with tons of stuff and sell them lol. I got 6 figures today in 9 tries, which is about $9 for the lot . 100 yen per try.
