If you have this error code this means you got ip banned,which if you did you deserve to not play roblox because people who got ip banned had to do something criminal to get banned

its not letting me delete the folder, its saying the file is open in another program. What do I do?
Hmmm try restarting your computer and make sure you have quit out of roblox before attempting to delete folder. Hope that helps!

Whenever roblox gives the error, it stays open on your computer. You have to restart your computer or open task manager and end the roblox task.
