Infrastructure is really good. Also, it's very cosmopolitan. Moreover, with the lovely weather and tourist places nearby, you'll enjoy your 4 yrs..😄😄🔥
Guwahati is same as Delhi condensed in a smaller area. If you love 2 hrs of travel then stick to Delhi. Otherwise, if you want to travel within 30-40 mins come to Guwahati
