Live in harmony with nature. Live within the laws of nature. Good for you for using your power for good.

A white board with descriptions or chalkboard would help make your points even better. Weather is complex but visual indicators of your points make it easy to look at the weather.

Subsidence inversions are associated with foehn winds. Santa, and other CA E to W blowing wind events are associated with the interplay of a strong Subsidence inversion over the great basin and a low pressure over the ocean. The low is always going to pull wind into it and high is going to let it go in certain ways. I am happy that you continue to learn about fire weather. It’s important everywhere in the west and alot of the east.

Are you teaching us how to be more situationally aware of the visual indicators of high wildland fire potential days. S290 from the gov’t teaches a lot about visual indicators of problem fire behavior. Which equals high potential days in combination of high ERC days.
