The first time I tried a sortie was before the endo system came out and I didn't know you could fuse mods to rank them up so my first attempt went very poorly. I've played warframe for about 1000 hours and I've never gotten a single corrupted faction mod. I didn't even know they existed. I got murmur faction mods before a single corrupted faction mod.
The normal corrupted faction mods are locked away in the Defection missions. However, they can appear as a random mod reward for completing the circuit tiers.
@aarongarcia4752 That's probably why I never got one. I avoid missions like defection and excavation if possible. I recently got back thanks to cross save so I'll be checking out the circuit.

The ideal experience. Saxum set & Vulcan Blitz Jat Kittag on Caliban. Full Tek set for no reason. Mind Freak in place of Revvy's 4. Running all my least- used equipment to balance them all out. Swearing by single-target weapons so hard that the Bramma was genuinely down there with the Strun Wraith

you can make the Twin Grakatas empty a magazine in less than 3 seconds if a gauss uses it and gets a volt speed buff

I have a braton riven with like 200+ speed if I remember correctly? paired with speed mods and wisp buff you can blink and miss the magazine being fired lol
