AK: I left my corporate job after experiencing mental and physical health issues, and we started our RUclips channel to document our journey as new property investors in 2019 with no upfront capital. I love it when there is a half bathroom right inside the front door. They probably should have done a fancy looking backslash, but the kitchen looks nice. That back garden is fantastic. Those bedrooms are huge. She did a fantastic job.
I do miss the other stuff, but I love you two ❤️ so I will take what I can get 😁. And the property stuff is really interesting.

wow - I wonder who the build team was and the renovation cost. There are lots of people trying to flip properties now but I think the market is different and hardly anyone is willing to pay the higher price.

I am curious about the potcode
Love a UK bathroom and kitchen fit, but I just don't understand all of the doors. Is it a legal requirement to have a door to/from the kitchen ? The door to reception/living room? A big cultural difference from the U.S.
There is a requirement to have downstairs bathrooms and kitchens separated, very clearly, usually with a small corridor. I guess people in the UK like privacy and it's good for fire safety if you have lots of doors.
Until labour / council destroy airbnb market !
The property is nice but it's just toooooo big for most people. Most people can't afford this type of house especially in this area apart from the interest rate rise, affordable test etc. Just shows you got to be careful the type of property you want to flip.
Else you land a property you can't sell
