- If you've been following me then you should already know I was involved in a wreck with my 392 Scat Pack Charger "Completely wasn't my fault". In this video Ill be checking out the total amount of damage that needs to be repaired.

I agree, I'm 64 and have had several nice cars that I modified and gave them their own identity. I have a 95 Lexus LS 400 now that is my current baby and everyone wants to buy her. So yes you can get another car, but you really don't replace a former car. So sorry for her loss of the car.
As a car person, I understand that a car can't be replaced but at the same time, I'd rather loose a car then loose my life . Keep that in mind slime .

I have a '03 Impala that I've done a lot of work fixing it up and I also have a '81 Silverado that I'm almost through restoring and I don't know what I'd do if something happened to either. I hope everything works out for you as far as the Charger. Get to feeling better and don't overdo it or stress out too much.

Core support don't look bad. If they don't total it or if you feel like buying it back, you know this is my thing I got you. It's all bolt on, maybe some bending here or there but it can definitely be put back together.
The only reason I think they might total it is the airbags. It's like 1500 a bag. Which is stupid but yeah, if all the airbags deployed, depending on the adjuster they could. Hope to see it back bigger and better. If not maybe we will see slimepack in a Hellcat

I can tell you are a true car person by the way you was debating taking parts. Take everything that you can. If I was there I would have got everything for you. Even the lug nuts. Especially all the painted parts. You can take parts of slime pack in to the next road warrior.
The car is repairable; for the insurance company the blown dash air bag probably was the deciding factor.
It hurts watching this one... I’m just glad that you’re not hurt from the accident! Hope Slime will be resurrected soon!🙏🏾

Not always on the airbags do they total. With that impact you took Id want them to total it then see how much they’d sell it back to u for. If they fix it it’s no telling what kind of problems will come down the line.
In most cases frame damage means totaled. Gonna cost her insurance at least $20k to get fixed.

Somebody hit and ran on my first charger, i cried the whole time i was getting my stuff out for them to take it. Got another charger but nothing will ever be my first baby. Glad you back Long Live Slime 💚
Nah what they don't tell you is that if the adjuster says its total what will happen is that it will go for auction. Someone will buy it and it might take 5 or 10 k to fix.....

I never understood bonding to a car till my hooptie shit the bucket this week. It's 14 years old and I'm legit considering fixing the engine and shit to keep it. Almost sold my mustang and I sat in the dealership like "no car gonna feel like my baby". Lol. It sucks.

The only thing is the air bags deployed usually They total a car because of that They May give you a chance to keep it but they won't pay it off if you owe on it. I totaled my 2017 charger only had 28 days. Hit a pole Dead center do to a medical condition Now I own a 2020 1320 challenger . It took me a about a year before I bought a new car again And that was My 2019 Ram bighorn

How come your car is at a tow yard? When you get in a accident the tow truck will take it to your house or the body shop you want . The body shop will give you a answer when they come out and give you a estimate. If it is worth fixing. It shouldn’t be in a yard or did they impound it . That’s why it’s there .
The insurance company responds faster when its at a tow yard because they have to pay storage fees ... An the car is totaled, No I dont want it fixed

Them airbags went off so that almost a guarantee total. Minor setback for a major come back .✊🏿 You can still get your medical too or make them cash u out to the max , don’t let 5em low ball u
Mines was hit the Exact same way exact same way the same point of contact everything the same to airbags deployed and they total loss my car and plus I’ve seen some with way less damage then that with no air bags deployed and they still totaled lost it just have that gap on deck you’ll be straight

Its most likely gonna be a parts car but as far as getting it back there is a slim chance u might not get it bc the airbags did deploy and it looks like the frame is hit idk there is a lot of hidden damage

Keep them on till after insurance looks at the car! If they are broken you should be able to get paid for them!
