I think New Zealand is still cheaper overall. Especially when you take into account what the average income is in India.
The dentist over in India did my wisdom tooth extraction in $40 NZD including medication. Over in nz I paid $200 just to get them cleaned
I know that feeling! A scale and polish in the middle of Singapore for $64 costs $250 at an Auckland neighbourhood dentist!
