Thank you for the interviews FC South👍 I am recommending a 100% hike for Ram Venkat Srikar in this financial year for his outstanding work😊 His excellent home work, asking relevant & interesting questions makes him stand apart amongst his peers especially in Telugu Film Journalism. Honestly, after the great late TNR, he is simply the best.

When I create, I am the audience. I share my creation with everybody else. Art is rich and free, what sells is labour.
For anything to become a hit, we need to have a playful attitude. When we are too careful, we might miss that energy which actually is the nerve to heart.

A R RAHMAN never endorsed chayya chayya is a sukhvindars tune. Rahman said sukhvindar brought Bullah Bulleh Shah's poetry and they used that poetry and Rahman made the tune.Even sukhvindar agrees with it.
    Chayya chayya is A R RAHMAN'S tune.
Coming back to Yuvraaj, Rahman gives basic tunes to friends and asks them to develop the tunes. But he has full control over the output.
So Rahman composed Chayya chayya and Rahman composed Jai Ho.
Sukhvindar received a cheque for singing that song! Not for composing!

Sukhvinder Singh is said to have composed “Thaiya Thiaya”, an alternate pure Punjabi version of “Chaiya Chaiya” which incorpated Punjabi folk elements and shayari(poetry) and this version I personally liked even better! Thaiya Thiaya is also in the Dil Se soundtrack but just wasn’t shown in the movie.

Very interesting conversation by RGV sir like always! I only contradict with what he talks about his understanding/ views about Film institutes. They are not meant to cater mass-masala-gang of the society. Unfortunately we are still evolving ( i really suspect that we do) and the reality out side the Film Institutes is pathetic and completely dominated by the industry that makes only mass films. Even after getting educated at such a rich institutes...after getting exposed to world class European, Japanese, Russian and Latin American cinema ....still they end up searching for their space in commercial cinema as we don't have any other space. That's the real tragedy! They are meant to make films like Satyajit Ray, Adoor Gopalkrishnan and few art house filmmakers from India and abroad.
This is the same case with commercial artists in India too. They know nothing about Art in historical context, they simply criticize artists who study art from good and sophisticated institutes because they are so in accessible to the ones who never gone to Fine Arts colleges like the ones in M.S. University in Baroda, Shantiniketan and JJ College. There is a clear cut difference between pure art(cinema) and the art (Cinema) that's done as a business model. Commercial cinema and Art house cinema are completely 2 different tracks in filmmaking and they never meet. They shouldn't also. Its like the difference between the Pulav and Biryani. Both are not same. But i saw many people getting confused with these both, like our commercial film directors getting confused with Art house cinema. If people have to go to film institutes to learn to make films like Kanthara and K.G.F, then they shouldn't waste their time at such Film institutes rather they should join as assistant directors at the directors who treat cinema like a real-estate business.

Man, then why are you not making movies like Kantara and KGF?? There is an unwritten universal benchmark for making movies. Reputed film schools might be trying to teach what they think is that universal standard. That's what every college does. Many college dropouts do well in business. But colleges won't teach you as to how to drop out.

    Answer to this question
U studied 2 years and ur interpretation and understanding of what prompts you can give is totally different if u hadn't studied for those days.....i mean u build fundamentals from studying on ur own.....Its just a paradigm shift....but still understanding and interpretation is in our hands

They will teach about me in film schools.
I am not impressed with RGV. He is nothing in front of me. If I interview him I can make him drink water from 3 lakes. He can't handle my intense looks. I won't give chance to him after I make my Pan India debut as Star Hero.

With the advancements in AI, we don’t need people to create art. If you have an idea, it can be converted into a movie, song without anyone’s contributions except you. You tell AI what you need, it generates it for you. The crucial part in it is that how well you are describing to AI what you meed.
Example, A completely AI generated song

Mental mass interview! Never saw RGV smile and laugh this much in any interview. He has a child-like happiness while describing cinema and kudos to RVS for bringing that side out! Excellent work 💚
