How to Play Frescoball

In this video, we will give you some tips on how to play Frescoball.
Before we go for the tips, remember to watch the video to see the correct movements, ok? :)
Tips:
1. Maintain a good grip and elbows bent to assist with the movement
2. Bend your knees and move your body along with your arms
3. Hit the ball in line with your body, unless the ball is coming straight to your direction. In this case you need to place the racket in front of you and keep it still like a wall
4. Focus is key. Eyes always on the ball
5. Always hydrate yourself, especially in warmer days
Remember to keep playing Frescoball in order to evolve. For some people it takes a little while to achieve a good level, but the hardest activities provide the most rewarding accomplishments.
