Really decent place. No in unit laundry isn't a drawback when there's a large laundromat just doors away from the building. My last place I had to walk 5 blocks to get to a bus to go to a laundromat. Room sizes are great & heated floors? In the bathroom is a game changer! The neighborhood tours are great. Shopping doesn't seem to be too much of an issue. But I'm thinking that a walk-up is a prerequisite of all Cash apartments. Lol
Just started watching this guy's videos, and I have to say this is probably one of the nicer places especially for only $2200. Laundry and heated floors.....wtf.
You should do a video for non city people on how people find roommates..... Do friends just get together and find an apartment or what? Or do people find random strangers and become roommates???
I totally agree!!! My son is moving to the city in May and really needs a roommate or mates because living on a budget isn’t great for finding an apartment for one person!!! Such a good idea!!!
Usually, on apartment listings, they will state that they are looking for a roommate or it is a share situation. Also, on many sites, they give you the option to look for places to share.
I grew up in this part of Brooklyn! 😩🥰I usually watch your videos but I’ve never seen any place in my old hood! What a happy moment! The price is what it is because of the location. Just keeping it real, I think the location of Church Avenue and Nostrand is gentrifying (which makes me sad) but it still has much of its older Caribbean context and flavor, the neighborhood hasn’t changed as much as some others, so the prices are still a bit lower. That’s my guess. Anyway, thank you for the visit back home!
Cash - the view out of nothing but a brick wall outside the bedrooms is really cool. That brick wall is so nice and bright. I see it as a giant, colorful, textured work of art. 🌻 I truly enjoy your videos.
YES rent this for yourself! But alot of stairs with a baby, stroller and groceries-? Really well done apartment with ALL the luxury details- washer/dryer, FREE HEAT, super nice layout and great rent!

I like your personality, the information that you provide and the positive aspects of your videos. Good luck in Japan; it will be a welcome new experience since I know I'll never go there. Thank you for all of your hard work.
Of all the videos of yours that i have watched this is by far the most reasonable. Every other one i'm picking up my jaw from the floor at the ridiculous prices
I lived 2 stops away that was a large 1 bedroom. That area and flatbush to kings highway the apts are huge so looks like they are going to chop up to get more people in. Church you have to be careful at night coming out that station and walking to that apt. sept for labor day going to be loud. And there is a lot of foot traffic so those window better be as soundproof.

Nice place, kitchen is amazing! Bath super nice! Only unit on the floor. Private. Good price point too! Has a upscale feel, windows, floors etc. Convenient location. A winner 🏆
That is a very, very nice apt. The rent is great for what you're getting. Even though the windows face a brick wall, it's in good shape, you're not looking out onto a dingy airshaft that's pitch dark, so that wouldn't bother me in the least. You get plenty of light from those windows, and privacy so you don't have to cover the windows with blinds or drapes, you can leave them wide open. The privacy of those windows is an added plus. Windowsills, you rarely see those anymore. This is truly a steal for that rent. It's a very cheerful apt. I can't find anything wrong with it at all.
Beautiful place at a Great price. Lots of great things around, too. All the things. Real coffee. Even with in place laundry, if you have blankets which take time, or lots of it, it has drop off. Time saver. Walgreens is a plus if you have any health challenges, or need laundry soap to shampoo. Love the big windows, awesome, the no immediate neighbors AND common areas? Central A/C, the bathroom is great. Nice place!! I'd live there if I was moving, this grabbed my attention for sure! Wow. One of the top ten faves of all.
Hi Cash!! I love those big windows...especially when it's snowing...love to watch snow....I would live there for a year😉. Have you ever thought about doing stand up, you would kill!!🙋♀️✌❤
I used to live on Remsen Ave in the same neighborhood a couple of blocks from this Apt. The reason why the rent is so affordable for such a great place is because you would be more than 10 blocks from the nearest subway station, in which case you would have to wait for a bus to take you. Luckily the buses come every 8 or so minutes. The good side is that the #4 train, once the bus arrived to the subway platform, is an Express train which can have you in Manhattan in 15 minutes. Most people in this neighborhood have a car since it is further out, but not by much and the feel in this general area is that of the suburbs with major roads and the beltway to leave the city, say on weekends, are not far away.
That is such an amazingly good value apartment! AND it’s not a crappy place either! That’s just incredible! Heated floors! In-unit laundry! Beautiful kitchen and those bedrooms are really nice! I really like the cute windows in the first bedroom so that would be my room - the cats can have the other one! ✨

Not bad at all...It's just kinda weird that this has the old fashion radiators, a mini-split ac/heat in one room, central air, AND heated floor in the bathroom. Most NYC apartments are rent stabilized. They tend to be far below market rate. These apartments never hit the rental market. Cash should do a video explaining how the market works. These people live in the Bronx,Staten Island etc. Parts of the city Cash never goes to.

Violet is the sweetest thing on RUclips btw! Love your show and I watch all the way from WV!
There’s a lot of food places they can explore that’s within walking distance: 1. Brooklyn’s Natural Deli is great for vegan groceries and meal options i.e. sandwiches. Plus, they deliver! (on the corner of Caton Ave & Flatbush Ave) 2. Caribbean Vibes for Jamaican Food (Nostrand Ave between Martense St & Church Ave) 3. Donut Shop for breakfast sandwiches and actual non-beef bacon (across the street from above restaurant) 4. La Baguette Shop for great Haitian patties (on the corner of Church Ave & Rogers Ave) 5. D.Vino Wine & Spirits is a bit pricier, but worth it. They’re website is great and their delivery service is extremely reliable. Also, there’s a supermarket across the street that’s much better than CTown and Prospect Park is a stones throw away. (Parkside Ave between Ocean Ave & Flatbush Ave) 6. Lincoln Market is the closest you’ll get to a Whole Foods in that area even though there is one further down Flatbush Ave near Atlantic Terminal (Lincoln Rd right off of Flatbush Ave) Also, they can take the dollar van on Flatbush Ave for $2 if there’s ever train problems or they’re headed to Kings Theatre (there’s a really chill bar next door too) OR in the other direction to Barclays Center!
I really liked this apartment. I really like what you can get if you live outside of Manhattan. I also like that there are shops so close by. That place definitely works.
It is a bit of a tight squeeze for 2 individual's, but can work for a couple. I don't like the views from the bedrooms looking into facebrick walls and the location looks somewhat "tatty". The apartment interior looks good and all clean and new. I won't call this a "luxury" apartment though. Lol, Cash, you and that red phone were the best!

I know I know, there is Dumbo and other "fancy shmancy" neighborhoods around there of course, but I LOVE all the deli shops and meat, fish and "jerk chicken" places... i think you should just tell josh you will take this one! Violet is the sweetest thing on RUclips btw! Love your show and I watch all the way from WV!
I thought I was watching an 80's movie when he hit us with the music at the apartment and dude was wearing a turtneck.
There’s a lot of food places they can explore that’s within walking distance:
1. Brooklyn’s Natural Deli is great for vegan groceries and meal options i.e. sandwiches. Plus, they deliver! (on the corner of Caton Ave & Flatbush Ave)
2. Caribbean Vibes for Jamaican Food (Nostrand Ave between Martense St & Church Ave)
3. Donut Shop for breakfast sandwiches and actual non-beef bacon (across the street from above restaurant)
4. La Baguette Shop for great Haitian patties (on the corner of Church Ave & Rogers Ave)
5. D.Vino Wine & Spirits is a bit pricier, but worth it. They’re website is great and their delivery service is extremely reliable. Also, there’s a supermarket across the street that’s much better than CTown and Prospect Park is a stones throw away. (Parkside Ave between Ocean Ave & Flatbush Ave)
6. Lincoln Market is the closest you’ll get to a Whole Foods in that area even though there is one further down Flatbush Ave near Atlantic Terminal (Lincoln Rd right off of Flatbush Ave)
Also, they can take the dollar van on Flatbush Ave for $2 if there’s ever train problems or they’re headed to Kings Theatre (there’s a really chill bar next door too) OR in the other direction to Barclays Center!
I'd rather cook my food
@@Jeff-wm3qn Me too, but always good to know what’s around when you’re new to the area 🙂
Thank you!Church Ave is convenient.....just that B35 tho....ALWAYS crowded....
@@spacepunk_nappy Haha yeah, that’s why I stick to the train, dollar van or Uber
I think Cash your family would do nice in this place!!
WOW! I would paint the bricks with a cheerful mural, then it would be a good view.
🤣
I'm so happy forvyou, I subbed to you about 3 weeks ago and you were at 262k, look at you go!
It's because it's in Flatbush. Location is everything in NYC.
2 bedrooms for $2200. This is almost reasonable.
I really liked this apartment. I really like what you can get if you live outside of Manhattan. I also like that there are shops so close by. That place definitely works.
Nice neighborhood and wonderful apartment and the price is spot on! ♥️👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
That is one AMAZING kitchen! So much counter space!
ever since i found this channel i have been binge watching all of them lol i'm sure i have load's more to watch
TV & entertainment centers are grandpa stuff. I get all my entertainment through phone and tablet on WiFi. Very easy when it is moving day.
That was a nice apartment for $2200. At that price they seem to cut corners, this one did not
I’m guessing homes are always shared in nyc hence the per person pricing. I’m a single mom of 2, $2200 on me lol
per person pricing is purposefully misleading. note the title of this video.
Next he'll be quoting a rent share per kid.
I actually LOVE ritual vitamins and have taken them myself for over a year. Good sponsor Cash!
Nice apartment and finishes. Love the large windows. Would not want to ride the subway home late at night.
I've ridden the subway home late at night, countless times in my life, throughout all areas of NYC. What's the problem? Are you scared of the subway?! CHICKEN!!😂
Cash gotta start his own food review channel !
Your "I'll bet Walgreen's doesn't have Fruit by the Foot" quip was funny--thanks for making me grin, Cash!
I have been to this area before I love Brooklyn😍
Beautiful Apartment 😍
Do you approach listing agents to tour apartments or do they come to you?
Little Haiti...can't beat it...right near Prospect Park
One of the few I could actually see myself living in. Decent price too.
Great kitchen - and terrific 80s style music ☺
