Hi! For your first question: for the moisturizing and lifting mode, you can use Hyaluronic Acid or any other skincare. This helps improve the absorption of the skincare products.
Second:
For the cleansing function, there are two silicone attachments, however, they don't fit. But its purpose is to aid in washing the face. If yours does fit, just use it together with your facial wash.
Also, do note that this device is used in spas and salons. After steaming the face to open the pores, use cleansing mode to scrape the dirt along with blackheads, etc. You can do that preferably twice a month. Because steaming can cause dryness if done too much. You can use a facial mask afterward to help close the pores.

@josianegeagea9062 Yes, you can use it together with the diamond peel machine. Use the ultrasonic scrubber first for cleansing before the diamond peel.

Hello! Try to use the item and drain the battery. Check if it still has abnormal lights when you charge again for a few hours. If the product is working fine, maybe there's just a problem on the light indicators. If you are still bothered by the flashing lights pls report to the seller. Thanks.
I did what u told me, but It still flash, and It do Only "Beep-Beep", it just doesn't work Only beep beep, and in the Instruction manual it is written that when it beeps mean that The battery is dead. And I left it a full day in charge and doesnt change anything.

Just make sure the cleansing light indicator is lit. I think it is just limitation of the device. But it doesn't mean everything is turned ON. Thanks.

Hi. No need. I wash my face then do facial steam prior to cleansing with the scrubber. You can use cold face mask or toner afterwards to help close the pores. Thanks.
