    What does wetted mean?
Why are "one sided pad not fully covered" and "too little solder" bad things?
The image on the left at 1:45, why is it wrong?
The joints that have seen too much heat, is that a major issue? Is it fixable?
    Thank you.

Wetted means no sufficient flux has been added to make the solder flow nicely.
One sided or too little: sooner or later when being used in challenging environments (with vibrations for example) these will break because of the bad physical connection.
Image on the left: this has a dull look, it can mean that you have a cold solder joint where solder is above the pin and pad as a "cap" rather than being actually connected to the pin and the pad.
Too much heat: the biggest risk that you have there, is that your tracks might start to separate from your PCB. That's bad 🙂
      Hope this helps!
