those were clearly multiple shots. But yes, the song is sung in one go while singing in the recording studio

Oh man the vocalists in India and Pakistan are trained rigorously. They live between the western notes. Not to mention the instruments you will see I'm sure you haven't ever seen or heard them. It's a gorgeous space for you to explore.
Coke Studio Pakistan is on 15th season now, all music recorded is in same take as the video we see, some even in singly camera one shot, S14 they started making new video and set for each live recording which is a new concept anywhere in the world and wicked, they even shoot behind the scene videos, and S15 even added extras in it to look more cool, S15 is currently going on with releasing songs every week. Before that in S13 and before itw as single it was same studio for each season with almost same house band but now it has gone more nmodernw ith new sets and even more modern electronic sound, S13 and before was awesome as well as it sounded more live recording session MTV live feel to it, it is a show started in 2008 in Pakistana nd now even gone global with many countries having its own version.
