Hello man, am already a customer of yours, the young seedlings I bought are doing great. I'll be buying more seedlings soon as I didn't do well with most of the seeds. Do you think that it's worth the risk to grow this cacao in Cyprus Island, am in the best spot on the island, on the south coast where we get frost only once every 40 years and only for a night only, usually the minimum night temperature is 10 C and it lasts for a month, with maybe a week of 7 or 8 C during night.
Hi There! In terms of temperature, it would be good for cacoa. The humidity could play a factor that will be a bit harder for the Cacao buttt, I think it's worth the try 🙂We have some customers in Greece and the Island Rhodos who are growing it also since last year :D
Hi Mothzz, yes we will have them soon again. The best thing you can do is to subscribe for this product on the product page. If we have enough subscriptions we can let a dedicated delivery come from South America to the Netherlands. Afterward we will ship it directly from the Netherlands towards the rest of the world :-) Let me know if you have any more questions and here is the link to the Dwarf Coconut: www.seedsdelmundo.com/product/cocos-nucifera-dwarfpalm/
Hey man Any Theobroma species that I can grow in subtropical climate with mild winters? I am in Crete, USDA 9-10 zone Is this Bicolor more hardy than Cacao ?
He there! Thank you for your interest in Theobroma species. However, we do not recommend acquiring them as most of these plants are sensitive to temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius and are likely to perish.
