Ms.Lilian, when I tried heard this for first day I felt my right leg stiff, but I still listening with my eyes closed. When I try again at second day, in my eyes closed I felt my right hand moves start from drum beat until flute play end. Is it fine? But I felt little difficult for relax and concentration so I feel vision that I receive like little mess. Can you help me Ms.Lilian?
