I wish more builders would think along these lines. I'm a single no wife, no kids boomer looking for a second home in Vegas. This sort of set up would be absolutely perfect for me. I don't need/want to spend close to a milly for a bunch of space and yard I don't need or want to maintain. Yeah, room size and materials are what they are, but for those of us who don't want to be house rich and cash poor, I've seen a lot worse for a lot more in the LV. Good to see blokes presenting this.
