The alloy these frames are made of is junk. I have a skate repair shop, and a girl crashed into a curb, and bent the frame. Calling and writing the company gave her no recourse on the warranty because they simply would not call or write her back. Others have had the boot lift from the sole within 3 weeks. They all had to buy new skates, because
IMPALA DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN WORK
WHY WOULD ANYONE SUPPORT THEM IF THEY WON'T SUPPORT THEIR OWN PRODUCT?
