Since many of my ancestors come from Grimsby and surrounding areas, I truly enjoyed your video, and for similar viewers to me, I totally recommend them joining the Lincolnshire Family History Society, of which I have been a member for over thirty years. Such a long-standing, generous, informative and helpful group of peeps!

Hi Ian, the dereliction in Grimsby has to be seen to be believed. Where i live they are just about to build 1500 houses on lovely green fields. This land down south would all be cleared and blocks of flats everywhere.

The Cordage building was Cosalt Rope, Net & Twine Ltd. in it's last days. It closed in February 1994. I was there from '89 till it's end. 🙂👍
