-1 tsp yeast
-1 cup milk
-2 tbsp butter
-1/4 cup oil
-12 cloves of garlic
-1 sliced capsicum
-1 sliced onion
-1/4 cup chili garlic sauce
-1/3 cup chili garlic sauce for topping
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-2 eggs omelet
-1 cup mozzarella cheese
