People might this "Pretty" "Cute!!" But its really bad. The upper part of ur eye can get infected and when u blink the eyeliner goes into ur eye when u blink and can lead to a eye infection or a stye. The moral of the story is do not put eyeliner on ur waterline and ur upper. I hoped you learned from this mistake. Please do not do this. Im just keeping you safe. ❤️

Don't use eye liner instead use kohl pencil it would be much safer

Looks like liquid marker also called eyeliner pen. The applicator is more like a pointy sponge instead of a brush
