I think Sasuke would have access to the Naraka Path. I’ll go point by point to explain why: 1. “Every rinnegan has a personal ability, Nagato’s could’ve been reviving people,” This isn’t valid as we know Nagato’s rinnegan were Madara’s, and their personalised ability was Limbo. You could maybe say it’s in beholders personal ability that is projected into the rinnegan, instead of the rinnegans ability itself but that’s quite headcanon as Obito showed nothing like that. It’s also referred to as a ‘path’, when Momoshiki’s special absorption (differs significantly from the Preta paths absorption) doesn’t have ‘path’ in its name, Sasuke’s unique time space just Amenotejikara doesn’t have ‘path’ in it, and neither does Limbo. So we can conclusively say it’s not a personalised ability. 2. “Maybe it’s one Rinnegan for every 3/4 abilities” This would be rather strange and headcanon. Obito never said he was unable to use the rinnegan jutsu of 3/4 paths when he only had one rinnegan, either did Madara. And Sasuke’s rinnegan is a whole lot different, it’s got six tomoe and is six paths enhanced. Some might use the “the rinnegan are stronger as a set” to debunk this, but we know that means in output power in general as shown with Madara’s limbo clones. He already had one with the first rinnegan, but when he got the second there was a clear amplification. 3. “He’s never used them!” Equivalent of saying Fugaku Uchiha can’t use sharingan genjutsu because he never showed the ability to with his sharingan. It’s an innate ability of the sharingan regardless if Fugaku used it or not, and the same would be true for the rinnegan. Basically there’s no reason to assume Sasuke can’t use those six paths of pain abilities without insane headcanon that goes against the series. Regardless, Naruto still wins. Nagato doesn't have a unique Rinnegan ability. Only sasuke and madara gained unique Rinnegan abilities. Madara limbo, sasuke teleportation. Nagato had the default Rinnegan powers.

I think you could’ve made a better point with the portal like the fact that jigen left naruto in a another dimension like why didn’t naruto stop that portal from closing before jigen left. But then again it would hard to even say anything to a guy like Seth because even if he’s slightly wrong he make sure it sounds like a fact if you know what mean.

His stated immortality is probably by absorbing the tailed beasts chakra constantly like how Nagato made himself young again by absorbing chakra from Bee or using the Naraka path to reconstruct his body to the point of being young again. It's immortality in the sense of he can't ever be killed because without Naruto he's the strongest being on the planet and he won't ever die of old age not because he's immortal like Zamasu or Aizen.
