My 3 year old just saw me watching this video and said ‘Woah! He’s big and strong. He does fitness to get strong bones’ We’ve just set up a gym in our Garage so he now sees us working out and is loving it 🥰

What I learned from my heavy training days was that if you wake up and just not feel it, take the day off. Forcing it just does not do you any good. Yeah, you are in the gym, but honestly you might get better results just resting for a day or so and hitting it harder the next time.
your tempo squats are epic... i can go just as low as you and stay there but i really need to work on my negatives and slow down getting to the bottom. A few weeks back i thought i noticed your knee wasn't making that popping sound but it seems to be back yet again... does foam rolling your quads around the knee help at all? it did for me!
