I really needed this. I just came from the gym. This morning I woke up just fed up with my life. Fed up with being lonely. Fed up with not ever given the chance to be with someone. Fed up with not being able to experience the things everyone else seems to experience. I was fed up with believing in God. I felt like my entire life was a joke of being lonely, single, sad, and angry. And this morning I just lost it. I broke my trophies of things I competed in. I burned pictures. I broke frames. I was just so tired. But then I saw this video and it’s reminding me that this is life and I can’t let this current problem dictate my entire life. It still hurts like hell though.
Honestly it makes you feel like shit And recently these bitchy fake friends treated me worse and excluded me from everything Yet again another test from god It’s painful but worth it for those who don’t get it
First, analyze what you eat and put together a meal. Cut down on flour and sweets. Second, add more activity to your day. At least start with a daily walk. Then you can add some more complex exercises. Thirdly, watch the amount of sleep in your day so that your body has time to rest.
@friendcommunity bro, I am a student....I am always a loser...my confidence is very low, no disciplined life, not doing what I should do....I'm always upset for the state of my life....Last year I started to change everything, started work out, doing the works only which make me better....but I could not stay consistent...I lost...I feel hopeless now...I know what to do, what to do to change myself but I don't know why I can't....Even I tried to block a few things which are disrupting my productivity, but still I'm not doing my work, I find something else to waste my time...What should I do bro if I want to learn some skills which will make me a earning person....what if I prioritise only my study, not work out ?
It's up to you. I don't think you study 24/7 and don't have an hour a day to be physically active. If you want to, you can arrange your schedule to fit everything in. All people have 24 hours in a day. Only some people take full advantage of it, and some people look for excuses.
