BSB is an interesting vocal group. They are famous as a unit, but in their private lives, they assimilate well into normal life and live a humble lifestyle. You can run into one of the guys at the gas station or gym and not even notice. The members don't really assimilate into mainstream Hollywood unless they are together.

I interpret this song in a different way than how the video portrays. I actually lost my father in 8th grade, but I wasn't close to him in the 1st place. So in a sense, I feel like I never had a father. The lyrics of "Father" I consider as the Lord, Almighty God and I will one day see him in Heaven. I'm not a devoted Christian, but a song like this keeps my faith going. Very underrated song, Thank You Brian Littrell for giving me something that I don't think I ever had.

My dad gave me the cd back when I had first gotten married and had my first child on the way, he was very sick and only made it to my daughter's 3rd birthday before he passed, but every time I hear this song it gets me and makes me feel like I'm coming home to him.
