The argument is if the Atma (Soul) is neutral (as per Gita) where from the desire comes ? And how can the desire have affected the Atma? It must have been the living body which is affected by the desire.For matters meant nonliving objects which have no life have also lack of desires.But the ethics of epics tell us that all livings and nonliving objects in this Universe are the manifestation of the Paramatma or the Supreme Soul.. Is not the logic contradictory? Then you say livingbeings have desires which concludes that Life is Soul.Then how how can the souls be the replica of the Supreme Soul or same to it and have to suffer for having desires.And the nonlivings need not to suffer for it lack life.Do we admit that the Nonlivings are superior in grades to livingbeings and humanbeings ? The questions puzzle us since long having no satisfactory answers.Till the puzzles solved, we must try to live happily and create favourites and echo friendly environment in this Universe for others to live in their life span.We may at present ignore the life after death and emphasize to make the present life beautiful and full of Melodies ignorjng the fear of sufferings and death.Our Aims should be to fight defeat and conquer against poverty disease old ages and death.
