    It means roughly "in the style of Arabia leaned-out or leaned" in French. I am trying to do this most difficult of arabesques on my own too.......

    Work on your turn out and also make sure that your leg is straight

    Whut, I don't even do ballet and even I know your leg should be turned out or you will hurt your hip and you should also straighten the lifting leg to make it look beautiful. Don't give wrong advice to people....

    Why is your leg bent? It needs to be as straight as humanly possible, your leg needs to be turned out, and you need to wing your foot.
