    I love your quilts! My least favorite part of making a quilt is cutting & this one has LOTS of cuts. However...I think I really really need this quilt.

    Krista, you are such a great teacher. You remind me of Eleanor Burns.
    She was one of the first quilt ladies to make quilts fast and easy with great instructions.
    Keep up the great work. I'm going to check my Moser templates. I think I have that one and make a quilt.

    I loved making your Grandma's Flower Patch pattern so I ordered this kit immediately. I'm just now getting ready to start. I always love your colors so the kits are nice and having the rulers make it easy. Thank you for the videos Krista!

    What a great kit! Those leaves tucked between the posies are absolute genius. Of course I ordered the kit and the second quilt I make will be from my vast array of scraps…following your plan will help me visualize the assembly of my colors, too!

      Hahaha! I first made this using nothing but stash! Some of the blocks look surprisingly cute with crazy different fabrics... and some others look a little funky ;)

      Funny you should say that! I used those jewel shapes in my butterfly block (from Fluttery Frolic) but I turned them to point in!

    Anytime you pop up on my RUclips feed, I know to grab my wallet before clicking the video. In the time I went to investigate whether or not I wanted the scallop ruler, the fabric/ruler/pattern bundle sold out. 😢 I’ve preordered for the next time. Gorgeous pattern, as usual!

    I am trying to come up with an idea for a baby quilt. I think this would be perfect. I would use only seven of the flowers. Then with the background fabric make it the size it needs to be.

      I love that idea! You could do the nursery colors. I could see this in super sweet soft colors as well!

      I don't often starch before cutting, but I do press with steam so the fabric is super flat. I typically starch the whole blocks when I get each one done.

    I know you said that you created this pattern with your new mini ruler in mind, but I’m wondering if the large 60 degree ruler could be used as well. I have the biggest one and am thinking of getting the 4 1/2” size, but can’t have three of these rulers. What are your thoughts. Beautiful pattern, I also love your endless creativity.

      You can do this pattern with the largest 60 degree diamond ruler, it has all the right lines except the 3 1/2" hexagon. There is another way to get that cut with the large ruler though, so let me know if decide to do it that way and I can help you with how to adapt for the large ruler!

I will let you know when I purchase the pattern, I have a few WIPs I have to finish up first, but I’m also leaning towards getting the 4 1/2” ruler because you have so many patterns that can use that one as well.       Hahaha! I know! It's like drinking from a fire hose ;) Yes you can, but you'll need to do a little different process for the 3 1/2" hexagon cut.

    Beautiful, as usual. Is there a math to use 2 1/2 jelly roll strips. I know the flowers would be smaller, but how cute it would be😅 and its so easy to get jelly rolls,

      There is math! You could take the written measurements, remove the seam allowance. Diminish that measurement by 1/3 then add the seam allowance back in!

    From my Mom: why don't you do a pattern where I don't have to go out and buy stuff. Give the shapes online so that I can cut them out of cardstock. You gave me nothing to do. Waste of my time.
