Popular restaurant chain in Hawaii called Zippys. New location in Las Vegas. Try their chili. I think you’ll like it. With or without beans. Or a Chili frank with cheese and onions. By the way,….using the straw for a mic stand - genius.

The hot links look like blood sausage. The chili looks like what they put on hot dogs. I'd give it a go.
Stuffed intestines ("Natural casings") with meat and seasoning. Charlie Hassleback began the originals in 1897 using left over meat scraps from butchering then. He was running "Enterprise Meat Market". It wasn't till later that restaurants would start pre-cooking them and selling them cooked. Today the left over scraps from the day practice is no more that I know of. Gilmer has Docs and Tyler has Rheas that are still Hassleback influenced and handmade, Pittsburg Branded links are made in the warehouse behind the restaurant that cooks them. If you desire to try all 3 left from Hassleback's influence.

@@johnsain I wasn't really pointing out the process, just that the fact they use the hotlinks as the meat for the chili.
Since you want to be technical, it is most likely simmered not boiled, since boiling it would make it splatter all over the place. They also added tomatoes (in sauce form) and chili powder and most likely other seasonings like maybe onion and garlic. I thought that all went with out saying, seeing how chili is more than just meat. But yes, you are correct, it is cooked just like every other chili I have ever seen.

The chili looks like it has all meat and no beans…interesting. I’m used to beans in my chili. Looks good though. All that for $10 is so cheap.
As a Texan and to explain, authentic chili does not include beans. If it does, it's then chili with beans.🙂

Actually, Danny, there are several excellent craft salsas that are made in and around New York City, and yes, I’m a native Texan. Another excellent salsa that I enjoy is Mateó’s which is made in Frisco, Texas.
