This is it. The blipping “avenger endgame” episode has begun. Heroes: Traveller, Paimon, Alhaitham, Cyno, Dehya, Nahida Vs Villains: Dottore, Scaramouche
So these themes usually have the new character themes in the first part of it (the first part is what shows up in the preview page where this was ripped from), but I'm having so much difficulty identifying where Layla's theme would be. I feel like there's a few options for Nahida, but I can't picture where a 4* that isn't involved might have a theme in this as the music is intense from start to finish. It does quiet down at 1:13 for the piano which sounds like the leadup to a character introduction, but what follows at 1:21 seems to be a repeat of presumably Scaramouche's theme from 0:44-0:58. I am considering this scaramouche's theme since it uses the shakuhachi. This only leaves the intro area before 0:44 and the latter area starting with the dies irae-esque music starting at 1:35 for playable character introductions though. To make matters worse, there's usually an intro section much like before 0:44 where characters aren't introduced. It's possible though that there's overlap between themes and that Nahida (or Layla) will actually use in part another theme in their introduction. This has been done before, I think most notably with Kokomi's theme which actually played over Raiden's introduction in 2.1 as it transitioned to her theme. This would most make sense starting with the piano section if done here, but that would imply the dies irae is Nahida's theme which works but damn dies irae aka "The day of wrath" is also so fitting for Scaramouche... it's been done before to have 4*s in leadups to a 5* so 1:06 could work for her, but even then it's hard to fit her in anywhere in this. Maybe the sakuhachi is not actually scaramouche, though this would be both be strange and unprecedented My only other guess if we assume they are introducing both characters in this part of the trailer is that the organ intro is actually a character intro. Like 0:29-0:44 would work for a character despite how dark it sounds. Then again, it's not impossible that they'll switch things up. While he didn't have a theme to go along with him and it wasn't his release announcement, Mika was revealed in the event section.
My final guess is it starts with story buildup and teaser lines leading into the boss fight with scaramouche at 0:44. Considering how the music plays here, my guess is it will have a swing right near the start as 0:45 feels like some kind of heavy movement. 0:58 is some lines to shift the focus just a little, while not relevant in game they will still sound somewhat relevant here which will lead into Layla intro at 1:06. This gives the mostly standard length of 15 seconds until the next character intro being Nahida at 1:21, which, while it isn't her theme, will has some audio similarities to her theme. The dies irae section at 1:36 will still be following Nahida but lead back into the story. Or maybe I'm just overthinking this all... early trailers sometimes didn't even use any of the character themes... but there's been patterns as of late so I'll go with them
Following 2.1, I think 0:44 is definitely going to be the Scaramouche boss considering the flute, 1:05 or 1:21 is Layla's Introduction if I'm not wrong. And 1:21 or 1:35 is Nahida's Introduction. Also something might happen to us in 1:54 😳 Edit: Apparently nahida and layla introduction weren't in this ost LMAO

The organ is in Tartagila and Scaramouche's themes (third and second phases respectively) so I'm assuming the organ is the thing they pull out when the harbingers do the big transformations.
