Sweet work guys... How do you fancy starting development step/process while still not having complete design or any other needed asset? Do you usually wait until all previous steps are done or do you start with dev while those steps (like design) are still being in progress?

Yess it"s must, develoment don't start till everything is lock and done (Design, assets etc...) If not it become a mess :)
