    I do 10 minutes every morning at 4 Canadian winter degree, love it !

    I Started with 5 seconds, then 10. I am up to 15. It is tough to do! But after I feel good.

    Switching from hot to cold shower to your head can also help provide headache relief for some people.

    Any suggestions on "Cold Plunges"? The brands or companies? I am thinking of purchasing Inergizehealth, a portable kind. Thoughts

      Cold plunges following time in a Jacuzzi is what I was first introduced to in the 1970s, which I am comparing to the explanation of the speaker. I think it's better / easier to do than switching from hot to cold shower because it's a jump into immediate immersion. I don't know if my psychological comfort with this would work with a portable cold plunge because I don't know the dynamics of it.
      On the other hand, I think if you live in a cold climate in winter, going outside for a walk every day is almost equally healthy cold exposure.
