Sirji,
Tubelight 18w syska dead. Component, smd sabh ok.
IC check kiya appke style mein tho result as below.
1) Black probe 1 pin mein lagaya aur 2 pin red = value atha hai aur dissapear hota hai.
2) black 1 pin aur red 3 pin = no value.
2) black 1pin aur red 4 pin = value 530 hata hai.
3) black 1pin aur red 5 aur 6 pin = no value.
4) black 1pin aur red 7 pin = value 530 hats hai.
