Going back to knoxville in october for a week and letting my mom come with me as i was out there in 2020 and enjoyed it, this way she gets to see TN and plan on driving out to Greeneville while there
I grew up in Glenwood and Clear Springs - opposite ends of the county. I live in Thailand now. I think I recognize many of those places but I'm not sure. Would be helpful to have some voice-over to confirm the location. Anyway, it was a very pleasant video to see. Would be nice to see more such videos.
No Americans of Asian descent are being pushed in front of trains, attacked on the street or stabbed in their apartments in Tennessee. That kind of behavior is isolated to more "enlightened" and "progressive" places like NYC, L.A. San Fran and Seattle. Stop buying into the media-created, unfounded stereotypes about the South. Notice the flow of migration over the past decade or so. People aren't leaving Tennessee to go to the aforementioned crime-ridden leftist hellholes. The migration flow is in the opposite direction. Open your mind and enjoy the Southern hospitality and the people of East Tennessee. Your kids will thank you.
Got a brother that is off 172 halfway between Greenville and 83. Nice area but I chose N.FL. cause not a lot of sea food there and they don't eat chicken.

@@teresacooper6547 first time i was in TN in 2020 coming from california on vacation i was shocked with how the people were out in knoxville and around that area, especially when you say hello to someone out in TN and they say hello back and just yea its a adjustment once you see actual southern hospitality, tripped me out at first and then it was like Yep i love it here
I'm retiring in a little over a year and Greeneville looks like a good place to call home
Excellent! Hubs and I are seriously considering a move from McMinnville, TN to Greeneville. Thank you for sharing your family moments with us!

some of the best times of my life were spent at the old Bomb Factory, splitting firewood for the needy.

We are looking towards TN, but our biggest worry is that we have adopted children who are Asian and Hispanic. Would they fit in?

I think I have passed there considering I live in the county
I like how this feels like a documentary. If you would only slow down a little bit, let people talk . Other than that, it's a very nice video.
It’s is I live here
Are people here racist towards asians? Looking to buy a house here but my wife is Chinese.
Bring her on! We have many Asian families in Greene County
There’s a family owned store by Asians!
You will find more racists in New York than the south.
