I recently watched an online live concert for bassist Gasshan's birthday (also known as Ichinose, yt channel 青色壱号 一ノ瀬) and Junna was the drummer for the 3 sets they played. I forgot the bands, one was Gasshan's solo project, the other 2 were more metal/rock projects. Yashiro (who played live with Mary's Blood) was also playing during some of it. Junna did a fantastic job without showing off too much actually. I was surprised because what I had seen from her with Trident, she tended to pull all focus to her and since it was a birthday celebration, the focus needed to be on Gasshan, especially for her solo project. I actually think Junna was probably the best performer during the whole thing. But there weren't a huge amount of close-up shots from her, so she might have been reading the music from a score while playing so that might have something to do with it. I also love that she shows off on her youtube channel and she is a great performer and a very good drummer, but showing off is not always the best for a band. That being said, what I saw from her during that birthday celebration show and hearing that she tours with Marty Friedman, makes me think she might have made a click for when to show off and when to hold back (no idea how she performs with Marty Friedman). I hope she keeps showing off on her channel though, she is always a blast to watch.
She has been touring recently with him, she filled in for the original drummer because they had to pull out for some reason. I have been looking for some footage but no luck yet.
Nope, the original drums on the song weren't this good. But to be fair, the song is nearly 40 years old, and Yngwie wrote the drum parts and he is not primarily a drummer. But Junna's drum cover is far, far superior than the original drumming.

It's like JUNNA's Dragon Force cover....I love her cover performance...But the band and track are not my thing.
