"The type of education you have recieved" is what made you who you are today.Egypt's healthcare system is totally messed up for sure, yet the thing I'm quite sure of is that Egypt has amazing, brilliant, and experienced professors that I am proud that I have been taught by them, and will never deny the value of the information they gave me wherever I completed my postgrads, they will always be a reason for who I am !
I found your channel while going through the rheumatology work up last year. That playlist has been a GOD send!! 1 year later, you make the video of my diagnosis💜💜you are literally the greatest medical channel EVER💜💜
Wow 🤩
It’s such an honor to be able to help you!
Thank you so much!
Good luck 🍀 and stay strong!
Anytime you have any questions, please let me know!
I’m back again because I have heart involvement that my local hospital had no clue about.
Please future medical professionals: don’t ignore invisible illnesses. Tons of us are suffering while progressing to the point that people may ever notice. Going to any medical setting not specializing in my people is often tesunatixing
I was diagnosed with systemic sclerosis w/ ILD in Dec 2019, at 37yr. I found your channel today and I only wish I found it early. Thank you for all the information you provide as it helps me and many other's like me understand our diagnosis more.
Thank you 🙏
I wish you the best of luck!
Hej ,
I just diagnosis with systemic sclerosis I am 36 years old I am so worried about this can I ask some questions about this disorder?
Thank you 😊
It’s a shame that I can only leave one like. This was a masterpiece of a lecture!😂👏
Thank you so much!
I’ve suffered from Raynaud’s for the past 50 years, at least, and always referred to it as the “red, white, and blue disease.” Even though I was born in Paris, I became a U.S. citizen at age 15. Just wanted to say, though, the French describe their flag 🇫🇷 as “blue, blanc, rouge.” (Blue being the color closest to the flagpole.) But, as a proud American 🇺🇸, Raynaud’s will always be the “red, white, and blue” disease to me.
P.S.: your work is spectaculaire!👏🏻🙏
Thank you, Michele!
إبداع بحق 👏شكرا دكتور فعلا انت فخر للعرب تحية لك من العراق 🇮🇶
🙏🙏🙏
Oh finally😁❤ actually i haven't asked you yet about the rest of rheumatology playlist but honestly i was gonna ask you haha. Because the other day i had to look up through the whole youtube for Osteoporosis and Osteomalcia and these stuff, and wasn't statisfied cuz i only enjoy your videos seeiously! Thanks alot❤
You’re very welcome, my dear!
I’m very early in my Sclerderma journey. I’m at the stage of suspected SSc due to having more blood investigation done. It’s been a long road to get to Rheumatology. I’m just researching to get insight into how I can make early lifestyle changes to help myself. Thank you for educating us.
I wish you all the best!

I need you to make videos explaining everything about everything, 'cause man, you're great, thank you for your hard work. Greetings from México 💚🤍❤ I love your videos!
It's a shame there's any medication yet against the extra collagen production. I hope scientists can find something against it, it's one of the most terrible thing that happens with this awful disease.
good job.... thank you
My pleasure 😇
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis
Case 1: The 32-year-old patient is evaluated for fatigue and low fever (started 8 weeks ago), which associates with edema and pain in the joints of the hands. bilaterally, accompanied by morning sickness (about 2 hours). In the last 2 weeks, he received treatment with Naproxen, with the improvement of symptoms. In the last week, leg edema appeared and he gained 4.5 kg in weight.
During the physical examination: BP=152/96 mmHg, malar rash, pain and edema in the joints of the hands, and calf edema that leaves a well.
Biological: ESR = 88 mm/h, hematocrit 38%, complement (C3, C4 low), creatinine 1.1 mg/dI,
ANA high titer (1/320), positive anti-Sm, and anti-dcDNA antibodies.
Urine examination: protein +**, red blood cells = 0, Leukocytes = 0. Proteinuria = 4 g/24h
What is the next diagnostic step?
A. Antiphospholipid needle dosage
B. CT abdomen and pelvis
C. Renal biopsy
D. Renal arteriography
E. Electrophoresis of serum and urinary proteins
what do you think?
should be a renal biopsy to confirm the nephrotic syndrome
I am lost and l have a rheumatology exam next week :)
What is the solution please tell me medication my mother has systemic sclerosis she can't even handle a glass of water wrist doesn't close

This video was very different. I don't know why, it seemed like you were jumping around quite a bit but. Thank you for the content.
Thank you so much for your honest feedback!
It’s just an intro...More scleroderma videos are coming soon.
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis I LOOOOVE THIS WAY OF TEACHING
Is scleroderma hereditary at all? My mother has the coup de Sabre
And I have a question. since ACE inhibitors are C/I in CKD or renal artery stenosis since in vasoconstricts the renal affrent arteriole, how does ACE inhibitors work for scleroderma since it involves a pathophysiology similar to renal artery stenosis (pre-renal).
WOWW THANK YOUU
My pleasure 😇
Hi doctor im from Egypt how could i become like u are (could i complete my study after graduated è paid scholarship)?
Note: I don’t have money
I have a q on this topic .. I saw someone posted on usmle forum that what is the annual screening for someone coming in with digital ulceration and have SS?
You are amazing
Thank you!
Wonderful ✨
Thank you 🙏
Coz of quality content generated from guys like you, the chaotic web 2.0 made some sense to content consumers like myself.. I wish 3.0 coupled with AI/ML will give you more space and wings.. Humbled!
Haha 😂
Thank you 😊
Scleroderma cannot make the skin as it was before, can it be light and thin ???
I think ESR is low in Scleroderma ?
I’m super offended that you drew a picture of me. 😭 (diagnosed with diffused systemic scleroderma at 11 years old aka as my doctor likes to say “the most severe form of scleroderma” he’s seen. I need a new doc lol)
"get your head out of your sigmoid" 😭 I'm gonna use this from now
Haha 😂
Was that education in Germany by any chance?
What do you mean?
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis Sorry, for some reason I thought you were German.
My bad. :)
Big like before watching
But;when will you continue your rheumatology playlist?? 😄😄
Haha 😂
dude I swear ur a legend and I utterly got stonished when i found out that ur Egyptian
حبيبي يا دَكترَه 😊
perfect explanation ,But i'm confused now , in toronto notes and uworld question's note , they said that scleroderma is a non-inflammatory autoimmune disease , while in this video and on google they say it is an inflammatory condition !
is there something that i miss or can't understand ?
Thanks in advance
the prof. story!!! hehe....that's too familiar!
;)
I guess Raynaud’s phenomenon is not the initial finding in “diffuse” scleroderma
“freaking scleroderma” 🤣
:)
Crest syndrome.. first question should be limited system sclerosis.. I guess!
Great middle rant 🤣
:)
My mom has this, she isnt going to live long anymore
Limited is systemic. It is the updated name for CREST
I like it *
The way you describe everything is totally insensitive to people who actually have scleroderma. The whole time I was listening to you I was thinking geez guy, could you please try to think about what you are saying? It was almost like you were making fun of us or using it as a joke! Not funny. I do have interstitial lung disease, I do have lines around my lips, I do have the shiny skin, all of which you joked about! Thanks, nice job….
Why he sound like robin Williams accent in mrs. Doubtfire ? Lol
Man😂😂😂... I love you... 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you 😊
What did you say that velcore......
Rattles of death
The word rales came from an old French term: “Rales de la mort”...which means “rattles of death.”
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis oh thanks bro...
Ur good name teacher
Thank you!

You're hilarious. Killer accent. Ya. I'm back, poor you.
