Thank you very much for the video. It is a surprise to learn what it is like inside. From outside it looks like a modern plaster palace-alike construction, with some entertaining inside - the Pier type of the things.
Yes, you are right, it doesn't look as grand from the outside as it does inside. While it looks exotic, especially when seen from the gardens, from other angles it gives off a vibe of a seaside amusement arcade.
Thanks for sharing this video clip :) Is there any kind of renovation happened there recently? The Pavilion through your lens looks absolutely beautiful and crisp, so much different to when I visited many years ago.
I think it is constantly undergoing some sort of renovation. The Saloon underwent a major restoration between 2016 and 2018, and it would have looked much different prior to this renovation.
It certainly was a bold departure from the status quo and I imagine that there would have been quite a few people in the 18th century who would have been appalled by the decor inside this place. But, like it or not, I think it is refreshing to have a few stately homes and royal palaces that break the mould and give us something unique to see.
Thank you so much. What a beautiful, extravagant place.❤
It really is an amazing interior, isn't it?
What a beautiful video. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!

Amazing extravagance. Unobtrusively presented. Your voice has a very pleasant timbre and you are sparing in your commentary. Nice work.
Thank you for your kind words.
@@EnglandRover I agree with the comments from Apoplexy1000. Thank you very much for your work.
Thanks. :)
I love the Chinese & Indian influence.
Beautiful.🙏
It looks amazing, doesn't it? The Yellow Drawing Room in Buckingham Palace is decorated in a similar style.

When I think if fairy palace, I think of this place.

How perfectly awful especially after the classic elegance of the Adams period.
