Slightly late comment, but some other good stretched resolutions are: - 1024x768 - 800x800 - 1080x1080 - 1720x1080 - 1280x720 (resolution option in Fortnite // no add-ons required) and 924x648 (the one in this video) Remember; the lower your stretched res is, the more 'pixely' your game will be so try to find a sweet spot for your PC standards.

My budget is 50$ and below so I’m trying to find someone that is the absolute quietest I can get. I have a blue switch clicky keyboard and it’s very very loud at night especially. It’s probably that your drives are slow, use an ssd for windows OS and fortnite stutters, with a hdd doing everything else and update your cpu (a cpu bottleneck will tell the gpu to run at a certain speed and won’t allow for full performance)
