英語だけに限らず、相手の言ってる事は理解出来るけど、話すとなると上手く話せないという人を多く見かけます。この状態からステップアップするにはどうすれば良いのでしょうか？
英語力が0で全く分からないのに文を読んでも分からない。そういう場合は、単語の意味を理解して、また忘れてを繰り返す事で脳に言葉が焼きつくということですか？？
僕は英語力ほぼ無いですが、オンライン英会話しています。これはなんですか？という物の説明に対して文法は合っていなくても少し答えれるようになりました。何回も物の説明の練習をしました。このような感覚で言語を話せるようになる。ということですか？？

人の好みによって違います。僕の場合は読むときは読むだけ。大きな声で読まないです。しかし発音を改善するために大きい声で読むことも役に立つ時もあります。
