Even if it were another adult, it's still unacceptable. He pretty much went too far, to the point that the very spirit that he got fed up, put him in his place (when he least expected it!) That's law and order on a whole northern level, as this guy said he actually slept well and peaceful for the first time in his life! When it comes to what someone had to endure, I don't care who you are. You have no right to put your 2 cents into how they should respond or behave in return. I can understand the why & how he could get to a point where he ended up killing his father. I’m 67 as of today, and I still have nightmares of what I went threw. (Even though my parents are both dead now) It’s hard to explain how you can get to a place inside you, where you can black out in such rages inside your mind. My brother's didn't get the abuse but my baby sister and I did, I was the 1st born she was the last born two brothers in the middle! You name it it's been done to me from sexual to almost getting pregnant from age 2-10 became a woman at the age of 7 that's when the eyes opened up for CPS when I started my period at 7 years old and my school reported it. I went threw hell and back lost teeth, broken bone's, lost my virginity, been threatened by a loaded gun... Been tortured and threatened abused in so so many ways.... When my dad committed suicide at the age of 17 it was the best day of my entire life.... I never ever had a father that I can see was a father because he has never been a father to me, I don't even know how it would feel to have a true Father figure in my life. But it still gave me a small sense of agency and freedom; he went to prison and I went to therapy. He died in a ratty trailer w/bed sores and I became an investigator for protective services and now a mental health advocate. One day, the brother got fed up how his sister was abused sexually (he was abused mostly physically and verbally) and killed their father. He felt threatened by their dad and this was his defence. He was hoping he would stop and apologise, but didn't and started to hit the brother again. Somehow, he later got out of jail, got counselling and straightened his life snd hid sister's life.

Hi Lamont. I've watched you for years, but as of lately you've meant so much to me. I lost the love of my life of 4 years a month ago, and just recently got out of treatment. Poor Nathen. He lost his sister because that Piece of trash that raised them. It makes me wonder just how many children this is happening to right now. 😢. Heart braking for sure. I hope when he gets out of there he is mentally better. At least the man who raised him is never going to do this again. He got out of that the best way he could. God Bless Nathen. Lamont thank you for bringing this story to us. Take Care.

Great story Lamont like always. Being raised in an abusive home I can sympathize with Nathen. My step-dad beat me constantly and my mother was basically allowed to live a life of luxury on a dirt poor budget. She basically allowed him free reign over me as long as he picked up all her bad checks. As soon as I turned 18 I got the hell outta dodge. He even attempted to keep me at that hellhole against my will until a neighbor flatly told him he'd call the law on my behalf over kidnapping. I was allowed to leave grudgingly. So many times I wish now I'd done the world a favor even at the expense of ruining my own life.

Great job here Lamont. You were very effective in getting him to talk, wow. I think you may have found a new niche here with prison interviews. There certainly isn't any shortage of potential material. Perhaps a death-row interview followed up by a graveside visit would be a consideration? Also, in time, perhaps a person to person interview, even if the inmate is behind a wall on the phone. Very compelling Sir, keep up the great journey.

    • @spiritmatter1553

That’s rather ghoulish. As well as emotionally wrenching. It’s hard to get interviews with death row inmates, anyway.

when my Uncle went to prison for raping a young girl..my age. My loving Father asked me how I seduced him.
I will never forget telling him,
