I pray that if it's in your best interest and for your highest good then you get the home you are pursuing. I noticed that Real Estate in Prince George is just as reasonably priced as Edmonton, especially the older homes and extremely cheap compared to majority of BC. If you pull out the Equity from your Edmonton house, you can use this money for down payment for current house. I didn't check your Instragram or Facebook but guessed that you guys are planning on mortgaging a house since you're both employed now. I totally agree with you that a large and good kitchen is a must!! Let's see what God has planned for your family; God Bless You all!!

Whatever you are doing now.....I can relate to you, Suchi.... Searching for house, putting an offer.... house inspection, pest inspection, last inspection before moving in..... very hectic shifting .... BEST OF LUCK. We did the same thing of owning a home for lesser than our budget. Just like your family .... currently doing Kheti Baadi in our backyard.... Life is fun if we don't take life too seriously, I guess.

Such pls make sure home inspection includes electrical inspection too. We recently had a small electrical fire we didn't get electrical inspection done before moving in to this almost 10yr old house. We were ignorant. Most importantly pls have a fire extinguisher in your house which came in useful for us!
