I am absolutely PHOBIC about flying. When I fly, I have to drink hard alcohol and take numerous Valium, literally. It’s not a good look. But I have to thank you because your videos have really helped me with my phobia. I used to break out into a sweat just going to an airport, so I can’t thank you enough for sharing your videos. They really help take the mystery out of the whole process.
Max! You handled the visual and vectors beautifully in to Las Vegas!! I don’t think you planned on any of those conditions, and of course, you took it all in grace. Thanks for the awesome content!!!
When I was in the Army while deployed to desert areas, we were restricted from flying into or through any dust or sand storm. I guess turbine engines don't like the sand paper effect.
Really enjoy you taking the time to explain your instruments and navigation. Miss flying, which started back when I was 15 years old (73 now 😊) and things have changed dramatically. Thanks again.
I was probably your worst right seater as i didnt help at all, just sat and watched. Sorry about that! 😄 Another great flight video, Max. Happy New Year and all the best in 2022
Ha! like you had anything to do. Max is so far ahead of this aircraft, It has to play catch up. The wind on short final was brutal. Thanks for the ride. Cheers from Louisiana.
NEVER A BAD THING TO HAVE AN EXTRA SET OF EYES WATCHING FOR THOSE tiny B 1 R D's ;) (pronounced: b-ONE-r-d's) ;) ;) IT IS A BAD THING if you see one and don't call it out tho!!! :) just saying that... and it's better to NOT TOUCH ANY THING ..... than to touch the WRONG THING!!! (general pearl of wizzydum there! but specially pertinent to inside a cockpit of an aircraft!!!)
Really cool to see you take off out of Colorado Springs. I'm Colorado Springs based and fly out of KCOS as much as I can. It's a neat airport because it's conjoined with Peterson Space Force base, so a ton of awesome military aircraft exit via KCOS. Once when we were taxing out, saw a A10 Warthog ready to leave behind us. Very interesting sight!
Great landing in difficult conditions, another wonderful video. I live in the UK and about 20 years ago I chartered a 152 for a trip up A51way, unfortunately the weather closed in and we only got as far as Beatty before turning back down Death valley.
HOW things have changed since I was a controller as LAS TRACON in the late 70s. Nice job with the wind, Max... you should see that place when it REALLY BLOWS!
Been to two airports there. Also a helicopter flight return to West Rim? MGM stay with lightning rain causing flooding . DID like the gold displayed in 2005 on ground floor MGM. Happy 2022 everyone
We love COS. It can be a bit crazy, with the winds and close proximity to the mountains, especially in the afternoon. Glad you made it to Reno! Our favorite yearly trip. Only one of its kind, to be sure. Fairly new to your channel. Loving it. Thanks for great content.
Thanks for "flying along". I loved every second. Wonderful to start in almost unlimited visibility with beautiful cirrus clouds and the approach in dust storms. Greetings from the Netherlands near EHEH.
Happy New Year!!! CitationMAX!!! My man. Start to study more for my FAA Knowledge test for my private pilot license. Great always video. Thank you sir.
I'm hoping on April 1st he will show up in a full captain's uniform like in the 60's. I have enjoyed all the videos, thanks for getting me out of the house even if it was only on a monitor...it helped! Be Well, Be Blessed all in 2022.
Awesome vid! Love all the technical details of the new Garmin upgrade. Always look forward to every new posting. Appreciate all the effort you put into these. I would guess there are more than a few hours editing, producing, etc for every one. Appreciate it. Wonderful escape from the day to day routine. Looking forward to what next year has in store. Thanks Max!
Thank you for another great 2021 video. Looking forward to 2022 and many videos. Hope the family and you are doing well - take care and be safe. Happy New year to everyone also.
This is what I love so much about Max, you get to learn these little things so you become aware and next time say I knw what or why he is doing that. Happy New Year
Happy New year Citation Max and I’m glad to have the opportunity to ride along side you in 2021 and I’m looking forward to one day to actually meet up with you anytime in 2022
Awesome landing for that strong gust. Thanks for sharing the footprint, Max. It was educational to find vectoring departure and arrival by ATC. happy new year!
Another great video! Yes, the visibility was not great with the winds and dust landing at Vegas. Such a pleasure to watch and listen to your videos. There is something about your videos that make them extra special and more down to earth than the other channels. Happy New Year and success in 2022!
Great take off, flight, approach, landing, and taxing into the ramp (on Unicom). It surely was gusty, but you greased that landing Max. Enjoyed all your 2021videos, thank you! Looking forward for the 2022 flight videos. Happy New Year!
i love when you say "greased it" when you nail a landing. righteous landing my guy
A term as old as flying itself.

Flying has its risks. But you are almost always safe. No worries.
Jesus I thought you were a pilot at 1st. HAHAHAHAHAHHA whew!

Practice your drinking...you could become a commercial pilot someday.

Welcome to my town! Hope everyone treated you well. Have a safe flight always.
On the right - another aircraft following - looks like you were watching that one. Great job as usual. Thanks for sharing. :)
Really enjoy you taking the time to explain your instruments and navigation. Miss flying, which started back when I was 15 years old (73 now 😊) and things have changed dramatically.
Thanks again.

Nice video Max, smooth landing in difficult conditions, and as always the consummate professional!
Pretty impressive landing considering all of that wind buffeting, Max. So cool! Happy New Year to you and yours, Max.
Man, I wish I knew about this flight. I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Drats on meeting you. Safe line my friend.
Funny seeing KVGT on the monitor... I live about 2 miles from N. Las Vegas Airport. Either that or LAS :) Take care! Thanks for the videos always.
Great landing in difficult conditions, another wonderful video. I live in the UK and about 20 years ago I chartered a 152 for a trip up A51way, unfortunately the weather closed in and we only got as far as Beatty before turning back down Death valley.
Awesome landing with the cross wind
I would not have been a great co pilot………had to grab a beer during that tense landing!
Such a nice skill to have, and being a nice human about it too
Wow ! I would not have been a very good copilot. As you were looking all over the place getting ready to leave and I had to grab a beer! Lol.
Great job single piloting into N. Las Vegas. Greased ta boot! See ya next time.
Nice flight Max!
hi maxxx keep it up
MAX -- Wishing you and yours a Blessed 2022!
“Climb and maintain 370, turn left 15°” at 70 miles out, but there’s no weather or traffic! We need more videos in the weather in the northeast.
USAF fight instructor Williams AFB a different world of flight. We had no auto pilot and just round gages. Nice job.
Really cool to see you depart from my home airport!
Thanx Max. Happy landings for 2022...✈✈✈

HOW things have changed since I was a controller as LAS TRACON in the late 70s. Nice job with the wind, Max... you should see that place when it REALLY BLOWS!
You nailed that landing given the conditions. Great job Max!
Been to two airports there. Also a helicopter flight return to West Rim? MGM stay with lightning rain causing flooding . DID like the gold displayed in 2005 on ground floor MGM. Happy 2022 everyone
