Nivea is beautiful. She is a selfless, passionate, and LOVING mother. Her children are so fortunate to have a mother like that. A parent that could have chosen money, fame, etc; that could have passed the buck but chose to commit herself to and protect her beautiful children. There are sadly so many mothers and fathers who wouldn't have done what she did. I love her and I hope her children grow up to realize the pure love she has for them and appreciate the sacrifices she made and make her heart happy so that her sacrifice was not in vain. I wish her peace, joy, success, and God's blessings abundantly.

This was a bit difficult to watch because she seems like a woman who is happy with what she is and happy with being a mother but there is still some heartbreak over her dreams that haven't come to fruition. I would imagine it's hard watching other artist blow up around you and having the uniqueness and talent to be just as good but for some reason it doesn't work out. Those tears were real, she's hurting.

She never threw *Dream* or *Wayne* under the bus, she stopped her career to take care of her 4 kids as a single parent because the fathers could not be there (remember it takes more to being a co-parent than sending money) and in her words did pretty much nothing to help her personally even though she asked 😔 something during that time mentally broke that woman I think it was the mental and physical stress of it all.
That is a real woman right there! Nivea, you are a queen and you are a great example of why as black men we need to ride for our black women the way our black women ride for us and we need to treat them a looooot better.

I had a coke habbit ...those mannerisms take a while to leave even after you give up the drugs...they effect your nervous system and how mechanisms fire off and work intricately in your brain... she admitted in another interview she recently just gave up her coke her habbit...it takes a while to get back to normal... believe me I know all too well😔.....I respect her for how she channeled her energy into her children I respect her for fighting to regain her life back and not giving up!!!....I love you Nivea!! keep up with good work and progress....I wish I can find her tell her she is inspiring to me as well!!!!...I should create a fan page for her so she can get the support she deserves from her fans abundantly!!!!!!

Nivea was everything being in high school from 2000-2004. I loved everything she put out especially Laundromat ❤ her voice is so unique and I basically wanted to be her as a teen. I’m glad that she was able to get out of the hood and make something happen when she told her Mom she was leaving. I hope the best for her and can’t wait to hear her voice again.

Kenya Vernon yes I can agree I'm a single mother of 4 and it is very hard even when you put the child's father on child support and they pay whenever they want and you still have no help raising them...I cried with her when she talked about her dreams on hold to give her kids her everything because that was me also. I pray she continues to follow her dreams now...I'm praying for her and her kids.

She put her life on hold meanwhile her baby fathers didn’t & she STILL cheered them On when she could have been bitter but the thought of “ they didn’t ask to be here” kept her sane💕

davenport She didn't sacrafice her life for just anyone, she sacraficed her life for her children. Unlike a lot of men, its hard for women to part from their children. When I was kid, my mother used to say that a mother is full time job, a mother's pay for that job is knowing she gave them unconditional love and knowing they will alright when comes time for them to her nest.
a lot of drug addicts don't put they kids first..... even though she had a addiction she didn't let it over power her as a mother & I can respect that!!!!!

Man this hurts me to watch this...I had no idea that she went thru so much BS in her early years of her life as a singer and with no help? 4 kids and they didn't help her out like WOW!!! Yeah being a single mom isn't easy and reading some of the comments just plain out rude AF!!! I don't think she's on drugs or whatever it is, is her business alone... U try being in her shoes, in and out of bad relationship with guys and lets see your reaction years later on down the line... The Dream and Lil Wayne could've stepped up more and helped her out money wise and being there for her since she gave you guys beautiful kids! I'm glad to hear her story don't get me wrong but it's kinda painful to watch.
Naomie, you don't have to have to keep the kids, you share the custody . she makes me sad but i have been in a relationship with my eldest son's mother and i knew i had to get out because she was dragging me down with her emotions and all types of problems. you can't tell me that of the 3 baby daddies none wanted to help . she is probably a burden. y'all should think about how other parties feel when relationships ain't working. we do not owe anyone to stick around , except share the custody of the kids. this is doable.
It is so easy to blame someone else than to look in the mirror and take accountability. She chose to be in those broken relationships because she was a broken person. The healing starts when you look within not when you point the finger.

I've been binge watching this Finding series and this one made me emotional.
Like I felt how tired she is from the struggles of life, but she has to remain strong for her children.
This got so REAL and Raw towards the end.... You could tell those tears was coming from a real and honest place.... I wish Nivea all the best.... Cause she makes good music.... :-)
