If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)

Thank you Nicole for this challenging workout! The side body work was especially challenging, as my glutes were screaming and my balance was tested ( to the point of falling over multiple times 😅)
I’m also starting to gain an appreciation for how much more supported my spine is when I breathe and brace my core properly.
The side body series in this one is a big challenge! Music to my ears about the breath and core engagement 🙌🏼🙌🏼

This class is so spicy.
I thought it’s gonna be gentle when the class starts from activating deep core. But I was so wrong.
The side body work is such a killer, I wobbled so much, especially for my weaker glutes side. The centering off glute bridge is tougher than expected as well.
Can’t believe I survived this class. 😂
