And also they addressed the PCC to Srilanka embassy instead of US embassy. And the PCC doesn’t show the period of expiry date. I try to contact them to send me the original copy and correct the mistake. They didn’t respond to me. Will this be an issue for my visa? I need your advice. Thank you in advance
Hello. this is not a legal advice: According to NVC, you have to take the original of documents you submitted to the interview. Please make sure you get the original PCC and correct the mistake on it. Thanks

Hello, this is not a legal advice: According to NVC you will only provide another PCC of your current country of residence if you didn't go back to the previous country of residence. Thanks

I lived in a country before and got their PPC before leaving the country, however, the PPC I got from my previous country have expired and I am yet to submit to NVC. Since I left that country I haven’t gone back. Would it be okay to submit the expired PCC from my previous country because I never went back since I got the PCC though it’s expired now?

So my husband is a Nigerian national, has lived in the UAE, and now in Japan. It sounds like we need to upload 3 PCCs for each country BUT the only one needed to renew is the current country (Japan) if that expires in three years. Is that right?
@@daphyneshine3222I think so but NVC’ duration is 2yrs and if your husband didn’t go back to any of the countries he’s been before he doesn’t need to renew but of the country he is currently living in. Again, NVC states that the duration is 2yrs and if you don’t go back then needless presenting a new PCC. Mine is a little bit different because I got a PCC from a country I lived before though the PVC has expired. Now since I have the expired PCC and I haven’t gone back to that country, NVC would asked of an up to date PCC but from my current country.

Pls the 60days of NVC has elapsed since…they normally reply us on 13th or 14th…today is 22nd and no reply yet…should I be worried
