I couldn't agree with him more. Those people were not helped at all. It's ridiculous how this country thinks sometimes. Why did it take so long? Because the majority of the people were Afro-americans, and they lived in the poorest part of the city. It's a shame that this country is STILL having racial issues. It's gotten alot better, but I think that hurricane Katrina set this country back 40 something years, and it seemed that we were the third world country. United We Stand, right?
